The In-Home Broadband Excellence committee addresses the following questions:

  • how to provide, manage and monitor ‘Quality of Experience’ for the end-user
  • how to monetise value-added services and reduce costs
  • how to leverage standards and provide pointers to industry fora

The In-Home Broadband Excellence committee is also very much engaged in the organisation of workshops at the annual FTTH Conference, as well webinars and other communications.

FTTH Council Europe Elects New Leadership and Unveils Renewed Strategic Vision during 2026 Spring General Assembly

Brussels, 23 June 2026 – The 2026 Spring General Assembly of the FTTH Council Europe brought together members from across Europe to renew the organisation’s leadership and confirm its strategic direction for the years ahead.

The Board of Directors, bringing together newly elected and returning members, appointed Stefano Fogli, Director Technology and Solutions at Adtran, as President of the FTTH Council Europe. The General Assembly also confirmed a restructured Committee landscape, reflecting the Council’s evolving role across the wider fibre and connectivity ecosystem.
