By mean of this series of interviews with Committee and Working Group Chairs, the FTTH Council Europe aims at fostering a sense of community and collaboration among its Members. Our Director General Vincent Garnier delivered an introductory presentation about the state of FTTH rollout in Croatia in the context of A1 Croatia internal meeting “Strategy in Action”.

The event is organized monthly in Zagreb for the Leadership Team and Directors of A1 Croatia, where the latest update on the company's strategy, main financial results, and current overview of the market is shared. Since FTTH is key to achieving the ambitious connectivity targets set by the company, fellow Member of the FTTH Council Europe, our Director General was invited to provide a state-of-play of fibre deployment in Europe during this internal meeting, which led to some lively discussions as well as a better understanding of the latest trends, the next challenges ahead, and how the market is evolving across Europe
