Suzanne Tracy is Chief Technology Officer at Siro and a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. Siro is a joint venture between ESB (Ireland’s State Electricity Board) and is rolling out Ireland’s first full fibre to the premises network, with over a quarter of all Ireland’s premises passed to date. Suzanne joined SIRO from Vodafone, where she held a number of senior positions including Head of Demand Management, Global Operations, Group Technology (GT) and is also a Director and Board member of VOGSIL, Vodafone Group Technology function and legal entity in Ireland.  Suzanne has led several delivery & operations teams for GT and Vodafone Ireland. Suzanne is committed to driving Customer Experience and Service Excellence and this is a core focus for her in undertaking her role in SIRO. Suzanne holds a BA in Business information Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance.
