The 4th Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age contributed to provide young female leaders coming from each of the 27 EU Member States, the ‘Western Balkans 6’ and Ukraine with the skills needed to thrive in the world of tomorrow – a world that will be defined by the advancement of new technologies. At the School, students are coached by top experts in skills ranging from coding an AI ethics through to public speaking, sustainability and entrepreneurship. 

In the conext of the event, our Director General Vincent Garnie took part in the Panel II: Tech4ALL - Connectivity's Role in Closing the Gap, explaining the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all the STEM fields refering to the Gender Diversity Survey provided by the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of the FTTH Council Europe.

A great opportunity to dive into the best practices in promoting gender, ethnic, ability & generational diversity, and inclusion in the tech industry.
