Achieving Europe’s digital decade targets depends on universal access to high-quality, high-capacity connectivity, and fibre is at the heart of this ambition. In this keynote, Kamila Kloc shared the European Union’s strategic vision for building a competitive, sustainable, and digitally sovereign Europe through accelerated FTTH deployment. The speech addressed key EU policy initiatives, funding instruments, and regulatory frameworks supporting fibre rollout across the CEE region.
